Yasuie provides a platform that allows customers to discover participating stores and products, view available offers, and make bookings.

Sellers can use Yasuie to provide store and product information that may be displayed to customers.

2. Customer Accounts

Customers may be required to verify their mobile phone number using OTP authentication.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Seller Accounts

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of the store, product, pricing, quantity, availability, expiry, and other information they provide through Yasuie.

Yasuie may take action against listings or accounts that violate our policies or applicable laws.

4. Product Listings

Product information shown in Yasuie may be provided by participating sellers.

Prices, quantities, availability, offers, and other information may change and should be confirmed according to the applicable booking and store conditions.

5. Bookings

A booking made through Yasuie represents a request to reserve the selected product according to the information presented at the time of booking.

Availability and fulfilment may depend on the participating seller.

6. Payments

Where payments are supported, transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Users must provide accurate information when completing a payment. Additional payment terms may apply depending on the transaction.

7. Store Locations

Yasuie may display participating store locations to help customers find stores and available products.

Store location information is provided for informational and navigation purposes.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use Yasuie for unlawful purposes.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account.
• Abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
• Upload content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Use the platform to conduct fraudulent transactions.

9. User-Generated Content

Sellers may upload product information, images, store information, and other content to Yasuie.

By submitting content, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to provide that content.

10. Content Removal

Yasuie may remove content or restrict accounts where content or activity violates these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.

11. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep Yasuie available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

12. Changes to the Service

Yasuie may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service when reasonably necessary.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yasuie is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by sellers, temporary service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your use of Yasuie is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

15. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Yasuie account and associated personal information by following the instructions on our Account Deletion page.
